What leaders ask us.
The questions a leadership team asks before working with us — answered plainly, with nothing we can’t stand behind.
I already have BI, reports, even a reputation tool. What does this give me that they don’t?
Your BI and your reports look inward — your figures, your systems. A reputation tool manages your presence and replies to reviews. None of them tells you what the market already sees of your network, read in full and interpreted. That is what we do: an outside view, location by location, that moves before anything reaches your figures.
Isn't this just review analysis?
Counting reviews is a commodity. We read your full public footprint and interpret it: what it means for the business, where to focus attention, which decision it changes — and what is moving before it shows in your numbers. The difference isn't in the data; it's in the interpretation.
If I don't give you access to my data, where does this come from?
From the evidence your network generates in public every day, without asking permission. We don't touch your systems or your internal information: what the market says about each location already exists outside. Reading and interpreting it is our work, not yours.
Is it legal — and where does the information come from?
Yes. We read only public evidence: what your customers have already published in plain sight. We don't access your systems, we don't ask for your customers' personal data, and we use no one's private information. The evidence is in the public domain; the interpretation is ours.
What do you compare my network against?
Against the networks in your industry we have already read. Your network stops being measured only against itself and starts being measured against what is high or normal in your sector: whether or not the distance between your locations deserves your attention.
How reliable is it? And what if you're wrong?
We don't deliver verdicts. We deliver findings with their confidence stated; when something is a hypothesis, we say so — and what would confirm it. We never ask for blind faith: we show what the evidence supports and how firmly, so you decide with that in view. And public evidence is hard to dress up — it's what your customers have already expressed.
Does it work for my type of network?
Yes, as long as your network has physical locations with a public presence — restaurants, retail, clinics, gyms, pharmacies, hotels, fuel stations, telecom, branches, among others. The more locations, the richer the reading: what a single network-wide figure hides becomes visible when there's a network to compare against itself.
Does what you see of my network stay between us?
Yes. The evidence we read is public; the interpretation we deliver — where to look, what it means for your business — is yours and stays between you and us. We don't publish or share the reading of your network.
Do you tell me what to do, or only show me?
We take you to the threshold of the decision: what is happening in your network, at what magnitude, and where to look first. The decision is yours — you know your operation like no one else. We put new levers in your hand; we don't pull them for you.
How much of my time and my team's does it take?
None. There are no systems to connect and no data to prepare: the evidence is already public and reading it is our work. You receive the reading already done, and we can go through it together in a conversation whenever you wish. Your only time is the time to decide.
Who are you — and what's your track record?
It is led by someone with twenty-five years operating multi-unit consumer networks across Latin America and Europe — on the side of the table where these decisions are made, not watching them from the outside. We work with discretion and always in writing. We don't showcase clients or logos: the same discretion that protects what we see of your network. Rather than asking you to trust a list of names, we show you our work on your own case — request a first reading and judge us by the work.
How do we start?
We suggest starting with the Iceberg: a first external reading of your network that already shows you something you couldn't see. From there we propose going deeper with Network Reality and, depending on what your network reveals, moving through the following readings — up to Pulse Reality, which re-reads your network periodically, at the pace your brand needs. Both the investment and the delivery time depend on the reading and the number of locations in your network; in every case, delivery is prompt. When you decide to move ahead, we send you an agreement to review; once both parties sign, we begin.
And if I need something that isn't among your usual readings?
We explore it. Our readings are a starting point, not a straitjacket: if your network raises a different question, we study it case by case and, when the public evidence allows us to answer it with rigor, we design a reading tailored to you. If we can't do it with the firmness we demand, we tell you plainly — we prefer that to handing you something that doesn't hold up.
Why don’t you publish client names or case studies?
Because discretion is part of the service. No client names or identifiable cases ever appear on this site — and if you work with Siglaris, your name will never appear either: not here, not in any material, not in conversation with third parties. A CEO who commissions an external reading of his network has every reason to expect that nobody will know.
Are the sample pages on this site real?
No — by design. Every sample is illustrative, with fictitious data, because real readings are confidential. They show the format and the level of the work; the full reading goes further on every finding: its probable origin, what would confirm it, and the order of priority.
